DESCRIPTION:Join us as we convert one of our paddocks to a food forest! Food forests and other permaculture techniques mimic nature and can provide a wealth of sustainable food in a small footprint. Join us as we convert an animal paddock into a thriving food forest. We will cover hugelkultur beds\, food forest design and layering\, and food guilds. Learn how various plants can work together! Think you don’t have enough space for a food forest? You can grow as many as 300 species on a 1⁄4-acre lot! Farm tour and Farm Fresh Lunch included!
