Maaa-Maste Goat Yoga At Winsome Winn Farm

Join us for our first Maaa-Maste Goat Yoga of the season! This is an all fun event that combines easy yoga (no experience necessary) with goat cuddles and lots of laughter. The amazing Angela Dyer will be guiding you through this practice on a beautiful grassy field just 30 minutes from Charleston. You will be fenced in with some baby goats who have been known to get in on the action and I dare you to keep a straight face. Of course, Honeysuckle (pictured) was posing for this photo shoot and we promise no one will make you do a plank! Don’t worry if you don’t have yoga experience! This is a fun class and there will be time to cuddle baby goats before, during and after the class. Bring a yoga mat or towel and dress for the elements as you will be outside.
